Heat Exchangers
Both Ravagnan’s workshops (Limena and Bottrighe) manufacture Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for the Petrochemical, Chemical and Oil & Gas industry, (according to TEMA standards) and for the power industry, such as Feedwater Heathers and Power Plant Condensers.
We have manufactured items over 5 m diameter, with design pressure up to 1.000 bar and temperature greater than 500°C.
Materials normally used are CS, AISI, 1 ¼, 2 ¼, Cr, Cladded Steels, MONEL® alloys, Copper alloys, Nickel alloys 625, 825, HASTELLOY® alloys, Titanium, etc.
The production ranges from High Pressure Heat Exchangers to Low and Medium Pressure Heat Exchangers (Evaporators, Condensers, Reboilers, Coolers, Heathers and Superheaters), with dimensions up to 5.5 m diameter, 30 m length and 250 MT weight.
Ravagnan can also manufacture vertical Texas Towers assembled in shop with lengths up to 30 m and weights up to 300 MT.
